Metadata was parsed from each file header. Fields highlighted in red are missing and must be
provided. Set the signal type for each file — μ if the file already contains a
normalized absorption column (e.g. xmu), Transmission if it has
Itrans + I0 columns (μ = ln(I0/Itrans)), or Fluorescence if it
has Ifluor + I0 columns (μ = Ifluor/I0). Set the Irefer
column (reference detector) when available so the report can compute the edge shift vs. reference.
